In a beautiful coloured meadow wanderes a small coloured animal. It
wanderes between green gras, it`s happy about the singing birds, it`s
happy about the butterflies, but suddenly…
a frog disturbes it`s peaceful mood and asks the animal: Who are you?
The animal looks bewildered at the frog and says: I don`t know!
The frog asks: Hey, whats`s this? A nameless animal you are? Who don`t
know, how he named, who forgets who he is, is dump!
In that beautiful coloured meadow the small coloured animal doesn`t want
to stay any longer. It wants to ask somebody, it wants to find somebody
who can tell who it is.
So the small animal travels and you will see. It`s going to meet a horse,
fishes, a hippopotamus, lorries, dogs. But do they know???
In the end the small coloured animal is very clear: „I am sure me am here:
I am me!“
It is the story of a small, strange animal and it’s search for his own identity and the place where it belongs to. On it’s way it meets a lot of other animals. Using everyday objects the actors transform themselves into birds, hippopotamus, dogs and fish to create on stage a fantastic, multicoloured, sounding world of their own. The audience is included in the travel and accompanying the “I Am my” they come to the end: “I am sure I am here: I am me!”
